guys, anybody facing this problem? my bill got charged RM55 extra for "usage", for two month in a row, talked to live chat, first time they checked their sms record and confirm i didnt subscribe any of those service, and got waived for it, but this month happens again and they refuse to waive it, the cs even told me the service can be activated by clicking on internet game link, i felt funny and ask back how internet link determined my sim info? didnt it capture ip address only? he cant even answer me, i said im going to report CFM/MCMC and he said you can go ahead..

what should i do?

Hmm. In my house I only get Edge but outside the road get LTe why it can't be stronger signal. But anyway I'm happy LTE now covers my area

did you save the chat history ?
if you saved it , take it to maxis center and complain , if they still give the same "reaction" , u can just simply terminate the line ... or report to mcmc

Happened to me too. Before this I plugged my modem to MR3420 all the time. Last few weeks I plugged to my PC and then got so many paid SMS claiming that I successfully subscribed to something. Haven't used the SMS function at all, was so furious. Talked to Maxis via LiveChat they kept on saying I did the subscriptions, almost wanted to go burn Maxis HQ . After long time of maki2 they decided to waiver last month (May) bill, but won't waiver my April bill. Both got extra charged RM25 . No idea what's happening to Maxis nowadays, but yeah try to live chat and get waiver.

i dont think anyone here want to terminate their biz 68/99 line though

no connection a while as in? disconnect after say 5 minutes usage? or will need to wait a while everytime when you load a page, say maybe u load google.com, fail, but when u try again in a minute it's ok again?

what is your network setting on router for the 3G/4G setting, maybe a screen shot might help us help u

wait, i think you mentioned MR4320, v1 and v2 also a bit problem.. are you using E398 also? some USB modem are eating more power then being supplied, so maybe u can get a USB y-cable ( 2 usb male - one usb female ) and plug one to your modem, another one to another power source, and try again if it works, but you need to test if the modem is detectable with an extension or not, technically speaking shouldn't be a problem

exactly, in fact i i got a couple of line, only one line got problem.. simply annoying.. thats y im asking what can i do.. sigh..

it may be due to virus in ur phone ? install anti virus and refrain frm install apps frm unknown source... only install frm apps store or playstore.... erm...
