Just saw rebar cage constructed for Block A's level 10. It is approximate 3 weeks since they started the same thing for level 9. If they keep at this pace, it is consistent with the latest 2++ years estimate to completion. Slower than expected, but prefer it is moving than not. rclxms.gif

Although the lift lobby is "closed", the lighting is still pretty good and not as dark as one would expect from closed corridor.

The corridor has ventilations at both ends. It is "closed" as in, it prevents rain water from flooding the walking area. Which is a pet peeves of mine.

This is what I meant by closed lift lobby (got it from the video i posted previously for unit D). It has windows for natural lights to flow in as well as to enable air ventilation.

the lift lobby is nicer than most really...it has a grand feel to it due to the use of marble ..

once all the blocks are ready it should stand out amongst the crowd though it is a notch more expensive than rest so
the expectations are higher..

with the completion of duke 3 next year, this should give this area a huge boost...i think not many people know that wangsa maju
is easily connected to all areas of the KV with so many accessibility to highways - yes tolled highways nevertheless..

personally i would like to see more eateries opening esp those catering for non halal foods..currently we have plenty of the rest so some
diversity would be great.

Fully agree with your observation bro...
Hopefully, once SPE completed, the access will be much better and boost the economy of the surroundings...

if MRR3 also completed, the access around KL will be a plus for Wangsa Maju development area...

Very expensive as well. Never knew ID could cost that much.
