Lift is small liao. Surely crowded one. Also visitor parking not at every tower....

Quite small leh. 1 lift can fit most 6-7 adults for 1 trip down/up liao, if more surely suffocate. Go there enter and u know oledi.

Still a lot of unsold unit, even for first launch block c. More than 10% discount, but price oso increased so much already. The sales team really take it slow and easy. Later when form Jmb developer will have more say meh?

How can be unforeseen meh. Developer construct by phases although building interconnected, surely will effect early buyer. But then ah, if the facilities /amenities that are listed in SPA for block B & C not yet completed when handover key, will there be any LAD (facilities) ah?
