I heard from the salesperson, the competition with Quinn and Sunway avila/artessa make the business tougher for Mitra Jaya Wangsa9. Some units in Tower B are still available.
in addition, with the latest MM2H rules changes and borders are still closed for foreigners, making the business sluggish. the marketing team is still aiming for Chinese buyers so far due to a domestic buyer is limited. |

Very interested to see future Chinese demand for properties in Malaysia going forward. There’s obviously a more insular sentiment now and they are well aware of the racial tensions here.
