According to this video, the expected completion date of block A has been pushed even further. 2 and 1/2 years from now. Which makes it fall square in year 2022. If one to estimate 1 floor per month and 30 floors left to go (9th floor still in progress), it does match the current estimate. Sort of blame the 6 month hiatus.

Sales of tower A started early 2018 I think. But, it is part of 2nd phase. I am not sure if this is a workaround the LAD. I am not an architect, but the genius of this project is that, all the incomplete facilities are separated by bridges and do not share the same "foundation?". So, they are isolated for further development. |

I saw very little progress at the moment. sometimes at 3 PM, no more activities at Tower A while Tower C and B they worked every day till 10 PM. 1 month 1 floor is considered extremely super very slow progress.
