Just checked the land is really super small.
Dbkl is doing a fantastic job by approving such development, as they always do.

impossible start from 1000sq la,
i rather DBKL build the CP for park and ride but not condo over there.

if u drop by sri rampai LRT , u can see how many car illegal parking at that area everydays, and during peak hour (after work). so jam at the LRT station.

why impossible leh? how much can dbkl earn from park n ride ma, somemore the lrt station also untung so many people oso dbkl dont earn anything right? somemore dbkl build cp oso take how many years to get back just the construction cost ma

550k is possible if they come with affordable house like wangsamas, so far the approx psf of other project in wangsa maju: hamilton 550psf, irama 550psf, avila 590psf, henna 670 psf, inifnity 3 650psf
couldnt agree more on the lrt jam, cant imagine another condo entrance is going to set up over there

I dont means they collect money to earn back for DBKL .but I would say make it like those other region, like terminal gombak... asia jaya . kelana jaya those LRT station with car park.. benefit people and surrounding.

but start from 1000sq at 550k, impossible to do so.. unless you are the developer who want to sell it at 550sq, I will support to buy from you.
if not mistaken the unit also less then Hamilton. around 300+ units

Wangsa 9 now Tower A progree ok?? Whats the sales package ady?? Their psf not low i think, so maintenance fee also high?

According to this video, the expected completion date of block A has been pushed even further. 2 and 1/2 years from now. Which makes it fall square in year 2022. If one to estimate 1 floor per month and 30 floors left to go (9th floor still in progress), it does match the current estimate. Sort of blame the 6 month hiatus.

Aikss, when is the launch of tower A?? I tot shared facilities with other towers need to be completed at the same time?? Is it being considered as delayed? ??

Sales of tower A started early 2018 I think. But, it is part of 2nd phase. I am not sure if this is a workaround the LAD. I am not an architect, but the genius of this project is that, all the incomplete facilities are separated by bridges and do not share the same "foundation?". So, they are isolated for further development.

Maybe the video girl doesn't want to over-promise to the customer.

Construction of Tower A is resumed with an unwilling spirit. I saw very little progress at the moment. sometimes at 3 PM, no more activities at Tower A while Tower C and B they worked every day till 10 PM.
1 month 1 floor is considered extremely super very slow progress.
If the developer wanted to developed Tower A with a full heart, 1 week 1 floor is the reasonable target like what we have seen from Tower C and B.
