Developer: Mitrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd)
Previous projects: Kiara 9 Mont'Kiara; and Puchong Prima
Year: Coming Soon in 2013

A residential development of a 48-storey and two 38-storey towers by Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd whose previous project is Kiara 9 in Mont'Kiara. Situated close to Wangsa Walk, it is designed as a modern urban oasis, providing a restful and fresh green space where the residents can escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The building entry lobby is made more inviting by the use of a dramatic high vertical waterfalls and water cascades. The landscape in Level 7 area includes various recreational facilities, namely swimming pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, BBQ garden, tennis court and children playground. I think this project is just opposite of Wangsa Walk, next to Telekom Msia.

What is distance to the Sri Rampai LRT ? If it is next to Telekom, that will be about 600-800 m ?

with the premium design, i dont think student can afford it..anyway, existing already have many houses for student..over split with houses ardy

True. It all comes down to the launching price. But I heard nearby condo rented out to students at 2k+. With the existing rental as reference, this condo can buy if price does not exceed 600k for 1000sqf. Just my personal opinion.

I hate to disagree with you, directly opposite Wangsa Walk should be at least 300m, that's according to google map.
