It all comes down to the launching price. But I heard nearby condo rented out to students at 2k+. With the existing rental as reference, this condo can buy if price does not exceed 600k for 1000sqf. Just my personal opinion.

This is directly opposite Wangsa Walk. And is a mere 100m walk to a LRT station.
Price? Probably a new benchmark price in this area and it is exclusively residential only.
