Cons: - Price is quite over compare to the competitor in the nearby area. - Risk of land slide. However, the contractor already engage Aecom, reputable construction & engineering consultant. - close to TM receiver station. However, according to a friend of mine, if there is a strong relationship with the electromagnetic signal with the health, TM staff who working there should be the one who first got impact which is not the case.
Pros: - Building quality is expected to be awesome, analogue to Kiara9 project. I have visited Kiara9, the building quality is superb, the finishing is very luxury. - Amenity to the public transport: ~ 150 m from Sri Rampai LRT station. - Amanity to the wangsa walk mall, just within a stone trhow away. - Developer past track record is relatively good. - In house facility is excellent.
in the end, with many choices available nearby, you are the one can make a final judgement. Pros and cons always there, however, your objective and financial status will dictate the final decision.

If you drive from Jelatek to Wangsa Maju, I count so far there are 7 new condominium under construction process.
Definitely, the traffic will severely congested.
Future development will be located at Wangsa Maju which nice place to live with...

Congested traffic is expected in the 3-5 years time from now. That is why choosing house located near the public transport such as LRT is strongly a must requirement.

If anyone Intereseted to invest, I am certain Wangsa Maju is one place is strongly worth to consider...
With many opportunities, you can choose variety location/unit for your own stay or investment...

Came to the sales gallery lately, it seems Unit C almost sold out. Unit B is still got some available unit at high rise floor.
Once they open unit A, definitely the price will increase at least 5-10% (according to the sales person).
This means that even high entry price introduced to the market, this project still attractive to the buyers or in other word, the economy is still pace forward despite some news said that the economy is now slowing down...
