Oculus Link 500mbps Bitrate & Latency test:

Played a song mapped by KivalEvan, a fellow Malaysian Beat Saber mapper. Pretty cool songs. The latency and tracking feels smoother than Quest 1, and tracking is better. If the controllers hit each other, it no longer flies everywhere and loses tracking.

You have a 3D printer?

Virtual Desktop with a dedicated router is the real deal. Latency is just slightly worse than Oculus Link and is very playable for slower Expert+ songs. Can even play 360 degree songs with VD.

i just got my Quest 2 from Amazon JP.
surprisingly the order came early. I've expected end of Nov as initially stated on their website.

i'm a first time VR user and my initial experience is more comfortable than expected.
i'm wearing glasses.

i linked it to my personal fb acc to avoid any issues in terms of authentication.

there is a gap at the lower nose area.
when there is bright light outside, it might be distracting when looking downwards.
other than that, i think it's seems good.

You bought the strap yes? I heard they recalled all orders few days ago due to quality issues

Only certain batch had issues. Mine still looks perfect.

One way to check: If you have the bar code and serial number on the left side of the strap, then it will be fine. Problem batches are said to have omitted it

You guys bought from Amazon us website or jp website? Wanna buy elite strap and some other quest 2 accessories..

I bought from US, some forumers bought from JP.

JP is cheaper apparently.

I just test the quest 2 with the type c charging cable accompanied with MacBook. It’s work. But apparently it is usb 2.0 interface speed.

Now looking the usb 3.0 type c to c cable. Any recommendation? And purchase from where?
