new phase start from RM750k.....

Somebody posted previously that the next launch will be the 24x79 and 30x100. So, I guess 750k starting price is for the 24x79 Keana-like homes. That's about 37k increment from the 1st phase Keana.

Is that increment high, reasonable or low?

I thought so too... but I've read it is not anymore. Maybe 5 years before... but not now.

This was in 2009. Wilmar, which is Singapore's, concentrates on Indonesia vast land (even in Malaysia too) for palm oil cultivation.

Anybody here can confirm SD using clay bricks instead of sand bricks for elmina? My SA told me clay bricks but not sure as clay bricks is so expensive.

I visited glades putra heights recently. D house inside feel cool. Even the road in the township is made of red bricks but glades is a different monster.

So when u stand on the road, u dun feel any heat underneath ur feet at all. U only feel the heat above ur  head from the scorching hot sun! Amazing!!!
