How old is Ali?hehe...

For me, i will go for 2nd option...RM600K in hand can do a lot of things instead...

But if Ali is quite old which is cant go for 20 years housing loan, then better dump into property for RM1.2 million house...

But for me, although i am at 40 years old, i will still hold this RM600K....

If FD ASB can pay higher rate than the loan rate, definitely better to choose option 2.

The risk associated for option 2 would be:

1.) How if FD ASB pay lower rate than loan rate since its return is not guaranteed?
2.) How if FD ASB bankrupt (unlikely, but still have possibility)?

sound like a break on new launch for first half, SD usually not launching during puasa

35/600 = 0.058 or 5.8% lah ! Where you learn you maths.. blink.gif

Anyway i see some target the bigger unit & corner lot lah !

Staff, Associates & Prime Member.

This is what i don't like about SD.

Other developer usually only keep Phase 1 for staff then open up to all in subsequent phase.

If release so little unit to public might as well keep all for staff.. ranting.gif

Bumi double the number of non-bumi came last week? Normally its non-bumi double bumi.

Usually both hubby and wifey register maa..so the numbers are much higher than actual. Thats why many names called no show because spouse's name already called.

I don't think 600 is number of units..its number of registered to ballot I think.

Most of the GLC company like SD and I&P always staff come 1st, every phase launching, staff already sapu 30-40% unit available. EV2 almost 65% bought by SD staff and prime card member one week before launching. Next launch EV3 unit will be more spacious size 22X75 & 24X75 and more expensive, immediate unit sure 40-50% gone before release to public.

Chinaman Toukeh only give 1 time staff purchase with discount & usually the cheapest & worst located phase then subsequent launch ask staff to pay full & line up or ballot like anybody else... smile.gif

Yes. only 35 intermediate units open to about 600 interested buyers, inclusive those may want to buy corner/end lot. But can see disappointed faces and many left after available units disappeared from projection screen.
