- 35 intermediate units type A for 650k
- 50 units for corner/end lot of type A/B >775k

According to registered numbers : Bumi+Non-bumi = 400 + 200 = 600

Yes. only 35 intermediate units open to about 600 interested buyers, inclusive those may want to buy corner/end lot. But can see disappointed faces and many left after available units disappeared from projection screen.

Assuming you buy at 650k, 4.45-4.40=0.05% different ==> 20 years x 0.005 x 650,000 = RM5800 different
So if you pay 5800 + (25k - 15k) = RM15,800 extra paid for joint names for 22 years (MBB vs CIMB)

Back to square, each name about 15k.
It's same, only that you want to cover for 1 or 2 persons.

Elmina Valley 2 already launched to public in 9 April, all units sold out.
Left only 1-2 corner unit now priced around 1mil.
Now coming the phase 3.

MRTA 14k for 20 years, insured amount 300++k
MLTA (Sun Life) Monthly 450 for 20 years, can stop any time or cash out, insured amount 300++k

Wondering how many phase2 buyers already got your stamping copy of SPA since launching in April 2016 ?

Just informed by lawyer that "we are attending to the amendment of title details in the SPA." , what does this mean and the impact ? Any buyers aware ?

If I didn't call lawyer, they will keep quiet only without sending docs to us.
This is dangerous for buyers. Is there a list on what documents that buyers should receive ?
