Went to the last Crista launching, usually only 50% left for the public ballot and 50% reserved to SD employee. the future phase launch much larger 30X100, 45X90 and 50X100. Crista BU area - 2714 SF is RM888,888, most likely the 30X100 is around 3500-3600SF, I guess.

since the next launch phase is more RM 1.2 Mil and subsequence launch easy reach 1.5 mil onwards, hope it's not like Ara Damasara

Went to elmina 2 week ago, project progress seem well. Crisseda phase almost ready.

I didnt manage walk near to the house, bcos there is a security guard on duty, just take photo from the road side. You can try go there during weekend, for your own safety dont go there alone ya.

Beside expecting low rental, dont think there is many owner or tenant will move in while others lately phase development in progress. More over, latest phase Clusi and aralia phase just started.

I believe those Crista type left over unit, most likely not so good location, either face junction or backlane. If you don't pantang and purchase for own stay, still good option.

Keane is much bigger frontage compared with Ariza. with addition 300 BU somemore, only extra 60K-70K worth it.

SDP do owned very large landbank at Elmina West lah, Even they will build rumah selangorKu in Elmina East, most likely is further south away from Elmina city. I guess those future Semi-D unit in Elmina garden easily selling price from 2 mil onwards, But from SDP elmina east township plan, plot 1- plot 5 which along Guthric HWay is reserved for mixed housing development, who know what will happen all future development.
