Went to the last Crista launching, usually only 50% left for the public ballot and 50% reserved to SD employee. the future phase launch much larger 30X100, 45X90 and 50X100. Crista BU area - 2714 SF is RM888,888, most likely the 30X100 is around 3500-3600SF, I guess.

since the next launch phase is more RM 1.2 Mil and subsequence launch easy reach 1.5 mil onwards, hope it's not like Ara Damasara

I believe those Crista type left over unit, most likely not so good location, either face junction or backlane. If you don't pantang and purchase for own stay, still good option.
