boss, it is new design, double frontage the name, but i am not sure what does the naming means.
the purpose of making kitchen/toilet in front of the house is in order to have room and living room facing the garden
however, there are still people who prefer for conventional design, car porch > living > dining/kitchen/toilet.

How about Type-B intermediate and end lot?

Yah I know, opposite my house semi d is that kind of design. I do not prefer. Garden better build in front.

I was quoted by MBB at 4.45%, 90% financing. MRTT is RM25k (full cover both for joint name for 22 years).

and CIMB quote me 4.4%, 90% financing, MRTT RM15k(cover 50/50 for both for 22 years).

which one better?

Assuming you buy at 650k, 4.45-4.40=0.05% different ==> 20 years x 0.005 x 650,000 = RM5800 different
So if you pay 5800 + (25k - 15k) = RM15,800 extra paid for joint names for 22 years (MBB vs CIMB)

Back to square, each name about 15k.
It's same, only that you want to cover for 1 or 2 persons.
