Its not morning and evening. Its morning OR evening. Morning sun still ok but not in the afternoon. Thats why facing west still plenty. Units facing east and recreational area on the right of the picture will cost us extra rm30k.

If you can refer back to the picture attached earlier, it will show you that unit facing morning sun almost finished

I got the last intermediate unit for cressida. ..Alhamdulillah.

Was thinking to skip todays event due to garinia not attractive orientation and Cressida was supposed to be launched after CNY. Luckily still went and was quite surprised to see the charts for garinia did not look the same as I previously shared here after last week ballot for staf. More surprise to see Cressida charts was on display with already a few red dots on it.

This is the last phase that I will be able to buy ini Elmina. The rest will exceed my loan limit. Depan HTC pun belasah je lah!

Cressida intermediate unit RM792888. Land size 24x79 too. Built up about the same with Garinia only slightly different facade and internal layout. The roof too is different.
