Sorry my bad. Just find it peculiar that the bedroom and bathroom near the car porch is accessible from the foyer area. Quite a few double frontage homes I see, there's a main front door first and then only can access into a guest bedroom and bathroom that's near the car porch. This sdp layout kinda makes it feel like the bedroom and bathroom is outside. Just my opinion only

imagine the concept like ang moh car garage, you can do some dirty works then clean yourself with the bathroom outside. or you can opt to rent out,

When DASH is ready, mayb yes feasible to put on AirBNB, easy access to Mutiara Damansara area, Ikea etc.
