![]() the layout spark my interest when someone said rental potential basically convert the foyer into another room to create a small 2r1b "apartment" within the house at the front. demolish the entrance way to create more car porch space. convert what's left of the foyer area into a small living/kitchen area for the "apartment". it can be rent out as a 2r1b "apartment" or as individual rooms. then create another door near the main kitchen for the landlord and family. this dualkey reno is easier to be done for end lot/corner. |

Just back from the sales gallery..so sad..can say half of the total units sold to staff and prime member only within one day..until next week, units available for public expected to be lesser..
