1) Uluwatu Cliff & the temple of uluwatu
2) On top of the Volcano ring at Kintamani overlooking Batur Volcano & lake
3) Bedugul floating temple & surounding sceneries
4) Tanah Lot temple
5) Bali Cliff beach -- (Not in tourist map but very secluded & water damn crystal clear. Between Uluwatu & Nusa Dua)
6) Bersakith Mother of all temples - Foot of Mount Agung
7) Monkey forest Temple
8) Gua Gajah Archeology site
9) ......hmnnnnn more temples...Hindu culture watching....join the hindu possesion wth lotsa sexy kebaya women carry god offering ...almost every other locations on Bali Island...damn seems like everyday is a "holy" day for diff temples in Bali.....really unique...

Oh very welll..tot of sharing bigger MPV or Inova if u r there...Hopefully can get cheap suzuki jimmy as what I got in 2005....Will be staying in Bali Holiday Resort, Seminyak...

All Asean countries able to use their respective local license -lah so no worry....no need Int Driving license...

most guide will suggest u to go to uluwatu and tanah lot during sunset

my tips:
don't go during sunset because:
1. it's damn hot and stuffy during that hour, rarely windy
2. if u only have a normal digital camera, ur back is facing the sun, the photos  mostly will turn out dark
3. usually it's low tide, less scenic

go in the morning, i think it's better

another thing about the driver and car rental, cheapest i got was 275,000 rupiah/day... most will accept 300,000 to 325,000 ... more than that and ur actually overcharged.

wow..275k rupiah for car rental is expensive. Me and my fren managed to get 200k rupiah for the whole taxi to go tour the island plus the fee to enter Mount Kintamani.

Just came back from Bali. Stayed at Mercure Hotel, Kuta. When u wanna buy souvenirs, go to those shop w/o price tags and bargain kaw kaw with them.. Uluwatu is very nice. When u visit Uluwatu, pls beware of those monkeys. They will steal your cap and glasses.

any recommendation for travel agents to go bali for 4d3n package? i wan to choose airasia package, but their package only include hotel and plane price, no traveling one....so anyone with experience going there suggest good and of course CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP agents!!!

I luckily to get the musangpulut supir 'Mr. Gedel' when I arrive bali. Like what musang pulut said he will bring u all around the bali island depend on your direction. But the place I visit a litter bit different coz I need visit to some 5 star hotel to see their landscape design as a landscape architect I need to study others ppl project. The bali landscape design is the best of the world.
Normally mr. gedel will charge u RM80 / rup 200,000 per day without petrol.
or RM 110 / rup 275,000 per day with petrol. (I did give him some tips for final day I go with him).
If u haven't book ur accommodation u oso can get from mr. gedel with bali style home stay in cheapest price.
