I went last Sept and below is my exact itinerary

Free and Easy Bali
Duration: 4D3N
Flight : Air Asia, RM365
Accomodation : Maxi Hotel, Jl Legian, Kuta. Standard room with extra bed Rp670k per person, breakfast included
Driver : Wayan/Jhony, old but clean mitsubitshi van Rp350k/day fullboard (9am-9pm, they wont mind the time extra)

Day 1
-Arrive DPS Airport at 7.45pm
-Driver airport transfer to Maxi Hotel,Kuta Rp60k/van
-Check in hotel
-Dinner @ Made's Warung
-Walk to beach and Bali bombing site

Day 2
-Hotel breakfast buffet, depart at 9am
-Batik Shop, good quality batik at 50% discount
-Sukawati Market, dirt cheap souvenir, Bargain!!
-Goa Gajah
-Kintamani Volcano, Buffet Lunch Rp70k
-Coffee Plantation, Luwak Coffee
-Tampak Siring Holy Spring, tips:bring extra clothes to take a bath

i plan to have 5d4n trip to bali and i'm not a clubbing type person, so i prefer to stay at ubud for 3n(first 3 days) and 2n(last 2 days) at kuta, and i think kuta is nearer to the airport. thanks for advance

another question : msian need visa to travel to bali?

Hey!!! Between Royal Bali at Candidasa, Seminyak Suites, Royal Bali at Jimbaran which is the best place to stay if I wanna go to d beach, shoppin and night life as well? Plannin to go mid of next year before school holiday. Hope it's not rainin season.

are 10 teachers from alor setar. As I was the tour organiser, I will have to do lot of revision

That butget is for 11 of us, if divided by 11, its only less than rm600/head.
Transport, tour,tip,food & lodging in 3*** hotel all in, u know, for the same
itinerary the tour agent in bali wanted me between US340 - US380/head.

If..If 11 person..RM6++ each..i guess u might need to bring more cash in cash for emergency..

Hi, anybody stay at this hotel before? Febri's Hotel & Spa Bali? Is it near the town? Is it convenient?

i am just back from Bali trip and all i would say, it was an awesome trip. the place is nice, the people are nice and the food is ok.

I took Air Asia package with Hard Rock Hotel for accomodation. the tour guide that took us for the trip is Sutarman, and he is very nice man.

My wife and I were treated like VIP, and we appreciated that. That's why I am also hoping anyone who plan to visit there, can always ask him for quotations and I am sure he will give a reasonable charge for all of you.

Hmm...just came back from Bali but I really didnt enjoy it. Tried their local food, babi guling, ayam bertutut....ewww...not tasty at all. Even our roti canai is much more better.

Need to travel for 1-2 hours to visit those historical places. Is quite hot over there.

which spa center is the best in ubud?????

Given a 4 nights stay at Kuta and Ubud..

Should i go for 3 nights Kuta and 1 night at Ubud ???

Or 2 nights Kuta and 2 nights Ubud

How many days u spent over there? What I really concerned is the weather in Bali.
Coz I'll be going in less than 3 wks time, and the raining season supposed to start in

Added on October 30, 2008, 9:54 amdude, i think it depends on what youre expecting in bali. I got a fren who went expecting it to be thailand... lol!

came back grumble about soft massage, food not nice.... etc etc. But he did agree that BAli has very very nice scenery.
Besides, I think its easier when they can speak in english or malay, rather than in Thailand where... you'll be talking chiken and duck.

5 Days 4 Nights. It started rain during the last 2days during my trips. But the rain stop quite fast. Remember to bring ur umbrella.

I expect nothing in Bali. I only share out my experience with their local food. What u had in Bali then? Can share? McD? KFC?
Try their Bali guling at ibu ota...See how those makcik using their hand to peel off the meat 1 by 1....usshh...and remember to try their favourite drink, teh botol.

When I went last year sept, I dint have much chance to try local food, cuz it was a fully included trip, with all the meals.. so, ended up with a lot of buffet meals.. did ask our guide to stop somewhere on the way to kintamani for babi guling.. nothing special la.. almost like.. Siu Yuk.. but a bit more harder.
Teh Botol? ho yahhh... I was brainstorming of ways.. to bring it back, but in the end... we just couldnt get it thru boleh land custom!!!

The coffee is not bad as well, so's the jasmine tea there, then there's also those keropok stuff we bought up near bedugul..... other than that, no havent yet had chance to try the local stuff. but no worries, will be going again next year FEB!!
