Guys, my entire living and dining area was flooded over the weekend. It was caused by pipe leakage, within the plastered pillar separating dining & kitchen area. Very upset as I suspect the PVC pipe quality is not of good quality. Now waiting for it to be rectified.
The defects liability for my phase will be over in July. And yet the rain water harvesting tank at the back is not replaced after over a year. All owners should get a b&w in writing that it must be replaced even after the defects period.

The mosquito thing is getting out of control. Me and my kid just got discharged from the hospital for dengue.
And btw, the water tank thing behind the house is just plain ridiculous.
It creates more trouble than it solves.
Mine has a leak and hasn't been working since i've got in, and all the developer can say is that they are working on negotiating with the suppliers to change a whole bunch of em, so i need to wait. Yet the leak is causing a pool of water to gather behind my house every time it rains.
And they have the audacity to hold back my renovation deposit cause apparently this foolish water tank needs to be accessible to the workers from the outside (i did renovation behind the house to make a wall), a clause they never told me about.
And yet the damned tank doesn't even work.
This is nonsensical in every sense of the word.

Im also discharged from hospital 2 weeks ago due to dengue... The management seems like do nothing except for holding owners deposit and chasing on sinking funds. I have paid quarterly and they keep chase me to pay for following quarter which is july payment. Wth!!!

To be fair, they do do fogging every weekend. But still, it is just not enough. I think the ponds around the housing area need either more fish, or at the very least to be turned into water features perhaps that keep the water running and not stagnant as it is now. And yeah, all they know how to do is to chase for payments, yet without giving back payments to the owners, as well as actually getting anything fixed in the neighborhood. For instance, the roads. The god damned roads. Sweet lord they are so bad coming in. And for a private guarded and gated development, it seems they just about allow any Tom, d*** and Harry to use these wander about unchecked.

Yaya.. Im agreed with you.. Sometimes i feel quite mad when they chase for payment because i feel i pay for nothing. Even now outside my house compound i saw some rubbish i,e leaves and grasses not clean up. I thought they clean it everyday?

I do not think it is every day. Mine is an end lot, so i do see the guys coming by to maintain the pond and flora, but i think they only do it every fortnight. And no, i do not think they clean in front of peoples houses, just the landscaped areas.

Does anybody know why is it always jammed almost every Sunday near the Commercial lots? There seems to be a whole bunch of people standing around, and the traffic just doesn't move.

There company in the commercial centre cheating people, offering work from house with minimum pay MYR800. When people come to register they collect registeration money.......after they sapu they money then gone with the wind....sigh
