Ok, this is new to me.....previously heard from owners comment that they need to apply from MBSA and then submit another application to GNSB (the mgt)....if i were u, i would request the mgt to show the approval they obtained from MBSA just to be sure so you don't get in trouble with the majlis bandaran...I'll be getting my keys next saturday and inspect the unit 

Please do not just listen to them as they maybe no aware.
She maybe say their management is ok if owner want to extend as long as within the compound.
Under the local council law, any increase of build up, even within your house, need to submit plan. Please check with a proper contractor on this.

Or you ask the management to issue a confirmation letter since she said got 'approval' already.
note: I think the indian gal is very new, I only saw here recently, previously another guy and malay gal.

Kitchen extension need to apply permit from MBSA, it just few hours work if you know how to fill up.
I never saw Indian gal before. I think she just join.

For electricity and water, I believe the management actually does this for u. Just need to provide them the required docs and payment.

Maybe it'll help if you call the HQ at TTDI to expedite matters? From what I understand, the mgt will need to obtain approval to release the funds from Ken holdings after Ken sends their representative to check the house for compliancy. And i do agree that the mgt has a lot of improvement areas to cover as i had my fair share of pain from them. 
I just hope they dont decide to park outside legian/jimbaran and walk over to the condo.  Motorbikes still seems ok as 1 car park should be able to park 2 or maybe max 3 motor bikes.

i've been observing the guards, they seem to be letting everyone in as long as they receive the driver's license!
then i was thinking, what is the resident access card for then if anyone can come in?
and when i go for walks in the evening, i notice lotsa houses filled with motorcycles and cars, can go up to 10motorcycles a house!

The mosquito thing is getting out of control. Me and my kid just got discharged from the hospital for dengue.
And btw, the water tank thing behind the house is just plain ridiculous.
It creates more trouble than it solves.
Mine has a leak and hasn't been working since i've got in, and all the developer can say is that they are working on negotiating with the suppliers to change a whole bunch of em, so i need to wait. Yet the leak is causing a pool of water to gather behind my house every time it rains.
And they have the audacity to hold back my renovation deposit cause apparently this foolish water tank needs to be accessible to the workers from the outside (i did renovation behind the house to make a wall), a clause they never told me about.
And yet the damned tank doesn't even work.
This is nonsensical in every sense of the word.
