For legian, anyone move in recently? Can share renovation photos?

I just visit Legian last week I think only 3-5 units right now are occupied by owners. The rest are students and some houses even hang up POLITICIAN PARTY FLAGS...

I didn't count but I guess around more than 10 rent out. At least 4-5 are student houses (I can't sure probably some are rich students).

Last week went there security guard told me need authorization letter, sticker & access card. Anyone get it?

Ohh I think it is for rent house...

I went on weekend only but never smell anything. Could you share when you was there?

There are few drawback on student house:
1) Too many student stay in 1 roof just to share their rental. As such, you can't even know how to recognize them as many move in/out very quick. It comes to security question why we need G&G as everyone can claimed live there & access Ken Rimba?
2) Student trend not to keep thing well. This is known fact as they just rent partial space in a house. For me, they are just live like low wages foreigner worker, hang up their clothes everywhere around house, making noise, etc. Furthermore, I don't think they are sensitive enough to keep our environment peace & good.
3) They are not belong to our community. They just temporary live there and hopefully they will remind their landlord to pay maintenance to keep thing running.

Last week I witnessed student just pass through (knee down & walk) the gate without report to Security guard as they are busy registering us, and I saw bunch of motorcyclist exit using ONLY 1 access card.

Any updates from your guys?

Got flood nearby Bak Kut Teh area (road junction there) but didn't notice around Ken Rimba...

The house behind mine got full extension. Yeah I guess you can do it but remember put back the tanks....

Haha you need to go on heavy rain day to prove flood is not there.

He mentioned about IMS building, it should be Bak Kut Teh area. Yes it will flood i have experience due to heavy rain. The river just besides this area.

Never heard about puspakom area got flood but I wish someone can share with us if it does.

Apply from mbsa and show approval letter to management. Pay refundable deposit and processing fee to management (if not mistaken 2k for deposit)

I think so. The neighbor behind my house have full extended including bedrooms.

I just started renovation this week.

Good news!!! The management had make effort to tightening students house issue. Ken Rimba commercial center started operate. I will see it will keep increase price as more and more owners move in for next 6 months...
Don't forget they will launch condo at the end of year.

Let's see after end of this year.
