85mm is huge with D7000, kinda heavy...

Hi,
I need everyone 2 cents here and help me to decide. Currently I'm a student studying in India. Another 2 years and a half I'll leave here for good and serve my country. I decided to upgrade my DSLR to D800 and should I get it in India or Malaysia? In India, the Nikon warranty is 2 years while in Malaysia, it's just one year if I'm not mistaken. If I bought the D800 here and repair it in Malaysia, they will accept to repair it right as long as I agree to pay the service fee quoted by them right? Any other people have experience buying Nikon product from other country and stays there for quite a while? Thank you. |
