but tokina i heard quality not bad one... wont chincai got problem eh, so far i din hear any problem from friend oso... just online saw one said that the colour complete purplish or duno wad spot. that one is clearly glass prob d.. mine alr tested there no prob lah..

follow few basics rule of checking out a used lens shud be fine d =)
if u really scared of it, some i heard they use lens take alot picture... go back home check tru the pic d.. only decide another day to buy, dont buy on spot.

Maybe you can try at AF-C Release shutter when subject is focus.. Some lenses might focus slow and that 'might' be the reason why.. Just a guess!

My friend bought a D600 from me last month. today he bring it back to me in this shape


That D600 Was attach with a Nikkor 24-70 F2.8 when it fall down from a table (4ft height).
The metal lens mount Teardwon from the D600 and the stick on the back of 24-70..
We brought it back to nikon malaysia service center today and they said the cost of repair it back to fully functioning might cost another D600... (at the end he buy another new D600, and will leave this in his dry box for the rest of his life..)

Guys, do not hold your D600 with 1 hand when a heavy lens attached. The Metal lens mount is stick on that piece of plastic (D700 and D800 are on metal body)

hmm according to facebook... the 24-70 is alright... still smooth and sharp. but the D600 (RIP) 

LOL, come on guys there's no point comparing between Canon, Nikon, Sony etc unless of course you plan to mount Canon lens on your Nikon f-mount?

yup, definitely expensive, but it worth the price asked. the sukiyaki was actually 2 people's portion, just add another bowl of rice can fill up 2 stomach. and the sushi, having eaten at few places in kl, it's definitely one of the best, yet not the most expensive, and it's very reasonably priced given the quality (sushi isn't all about that piece of fish on top, it's also the balance and the skill to "pinch" it). after i came back from Tokyo, only realize almost all of my previous favorite Japanese restaurant became "fake" Japanese cuisine, but rakuzen (subang ss15), while not quite authentic, definitely didn't disappoint.

haha i strongly consider moving to japan too, only if my japanese is good! some more can buy camera gear cheaper and new product launch faster! was only able to speak very simple japanese during last visit though, and many times were chicken and duck talking...

Thats so true, so hard to find public dustbins. No idea where to throw rubbish when jalan2 makan2. At the end we pass the food wrappings back to the sellers who gladly took them back. LOL

So they can throw it in their rubbish bin la. so curious where they throw their rubbish or do they just consume everything at home ?

duno la. i find that things break apart more often due to our weather recently had my car phone mount break into two as the plastic cracked.. two months after receiving it from us... made in us... authenticated some more, just shot a angry email at customer service. LOL hopefully gt response.
