Still smooth after you have put in a lot of Spot Removal? It tends to get really laggy in group shots which requires alot of pimple healing for me sad.gif

Ah but my point is Canon's marketing is telling you that their dslr does video's very well. When it should be take fantastic pictures with a bonus of some video making.

Guess that is why I choose Nikon. Camera for pictures with a bonus of video (not saying that canon can't take good pictures too).

Proper video camera would be \http://www.panasonic.com/business/provideo/professional-camcorders.asp

well... it depends actually, if you happens to shoot in awkward angle or video a lot, you will appreciate the vari angle screen, trust me, i've used it before.

but yeah... crop is still far behind FF in terms of IQ.
*
Ya I think the tlitable screen really useful for me.

Of course FF cannot compare to crop, totally different things.
Idk I have a feeling that Smaller crop sensor DSLR easier to capture the moments, than compared to holding Big FF DSLR or is it just me tongue.gif

vari angle touch screen has more risk of the screen  not functioning well after years of using..bt maybe u'll upgrade before it happens..haha.
wifi mmg one thing lacking as well as gps lo..

bt wat bout noise performance? anyway if FF heavy, there's always the D600 and Canon 6D..
*
About vari angle screen, I don think any nikon d5100 or canon user 600d 650d 60d complain about it, and I believe those vari screen isnt like those made in china quality, if u ever try, u will know nowaday nikon canon vari screen is very tough , solid and wont really break easily, so far I never heard any problem about it.

Dslr for video , u can have more lenses to choose and shoot, and nowaday alot of advertisment , wedding , also done by dslr , keda.Z, Cm leung , +M also using dslr to shoot video, no matter sony, nikon, canon.

Not to mention, spending so much on camcorder just for video? Why not I just settle down with dslr? I can do landscape shoot, portrait, off camera flash yet shoot video, can camcorder done this?

With dslr u can play with the dof, lens with f1.2, f1.4, f1.8 can be done by camcorder?

Would u bring such big camcorder to travel or rather choose dslr?

those proper camera prices range from 1k-30k USD bear in mind that the more affordable ones cant change lenses and does not really do high DOF shots. you can get a video capable dlsr with a nifty fifty and create nice bokehlicious video for under 1k USD smile.gif eg a Nikon D3200+50 1.8D

What type of graphic card ? ANd memory of gc ?

To be honest I don't remember... I didn't buy new GC for this PC, using my old 4870 GS, should be 1GB vRAM.

Try to save your files on SSD when editing, after finish edit can move them to HDD.

Another possible issue is virtual memory, but install your OS on SSD should b MUCH better than HDD performance.
*
Tried, but no significant differences. My OS installed on SSD, and my virtual memory is on SSD as well, but rarely got usage since I have 16GB RAM.

If you're referring to CGI etc, I agree. But we are now talking about Lightroom.

*not sure how old is the GTX280, but should be higher end than my HD4870.
