Well to me lenses is just a tool to get a job done. Now different tools are needed for different jobs.

If he mention the job then said this is the best tool for the job then maybe I would agree ya.

yeah cheap FX! haha..btw rite, how did u get those photo on ur pc? u scan it from the photo u developed? how do they develop film now?
*
From my experience for best quality, you get a scanner that can scan film negatives. What you get is a negative but then use Photoshop to invert the colours. The quality is far better than scanning the developed photos.

i try take one picture to post here tomorrow
allright i will reply tomorrow for a picture with higher shutter speed

what I did when I started out was shoot in AUTO 1st. then look at the camera's setting for that shot. From that use Manual fiddle here and there and before you know it you will be shooting Manual all the way. hehe

Not sure if the pro's here agree with method of learning but it worked for me.

Ah but my point is Canon's marketing is telling you that their dslr does video's very well. When it should be take fantastic pictures with a bonus of some video making.

Guess that is why I choose Nikon. Camera for pictures with a bonus of video (not saying that canon can't take good pictures too).

Proper video camera would be \http://www.panasonic.com/business/provideo/professional-camcorders.asp
