got off the phone with Dell Support earlier...
I tell you, speaking with the morons in tech support requires alotta patience man...
I spent 15 mins speaking to 2 dumb girls and TEACHING THEM the difference between drivers and monitor revisions.
Finally they found out for me the REVA04 for the 2407 isn't in MY yet...which is no surprise to me cuz the A04 has only been out for 1 week or so in Sg...
So the usual case number was given to me and they'll call me once the A04 touches our shores (yea right, i'll prolly have to call them weekly for an update)

I have this monitor and yes, you can switch between 4 inputs (VGA, S-Video, DVI, Composite). You can also Picture-in-Picture so you can surf net while keeping an eye on your XBL and see if anyone invites you to play anything. What you cannot do, is run x1080, because the native res is 1600x1050 (apparently at 20" you won't know the difference anyway *shrug*)

So many ppl looking for this model..might change if it does support 1080p.. ah yes the Dell almost bought it. initally I was goin for a Widescreen LCD for xbox plays, was recommended Dell 20" or Samsung 26 LCDTV. DELL fresh rate is abt 10ms but most owners said no ghosting 19" widescreen is quite pleasing for gaming since view distance is very near.

Yup it does, but not through component input of coz. But no, it's not DHCP ready since it's not a router. It's HDCP ready.
