i was wondering can i hook up X360 w/ my monitor that support 1680 x 1080 pixels, its a Samsung 226BW...

i saw the HD VGA cable on Xbox's website...but it has no info on the max resolution that it supports

their resolution is different a bit and the image is stretched a little on samsungs 226bw..
but acceptable.. and image quality is great blush.gif

i bought my 26" r7 the last pc fair for rm2200 from the big ass samsung booth. good deal i must say. fyi, the lcd tv section was managed by harvey norman.

if i were you, i would wait for the next pc fair coming up this 3rd-5th august to see what kind of stock clearance or good deals samsung has available again.

I think Samsung Lcd Monitor 19inch is suitable for your budget because im using it now (931BW), so far so good smile.gif

I Got my sam 26'' R7 for RM2200 only..lastmonth..Its still going on..its MERDEKA Promotion...Got mine at Harvey Normon at IKEA near Curve there..nice deal..and 32inch going for RM2900

if m not mistaken,HDCP stands for High-definition contents protected..

i guess you're right...my Samsung 226BW has HDCP as well...perfect picture...love it...
i hook it up with my laptop...its awesome...

now i'm waiting for my X360 to arrive & then i'll hook it up to ma monitor...cant wait for that!!

btw, what is the mkt price for 22" monitors in Msia now?...
