But seriously, I can reach Jaya 1 from my house(next to Casa Green) in less than 30 mins without the jam. Of course not during peak hours.

trust me bro, my bosses no time for all these thing.
you should know zalam is a construction company, our main objective is to built quality building and make everyone happy.
the rest count on architect, designer, branding consultant, marketing etc....
but we did learn how to manage a condo since 1 sentul.

go ahead bro, remember, don't just focus on the fancy showroom.
take the unit layout, and try to figure out, where can you put the wardrobe on each rooms.

after that, look back our cloudtree unit layout and compare both.
you will learn something new.

Is okla. since nothing is perfect and they are willing to listen to us. Most important is to manage cloud tree better than any of the surrounded condo.

Saw the floor plan.
Not very ideal. But because of kiasu, I've signed the letter of intent. sad.gif
Now heading into cooling-off period.

1. The waste chamber is ridiculously close to the entrance of one of the unit (side by side!). And the rubbish valve is on the unit's side instead of the other side. Means you will probably hear the falling rubbish bags knocking your living room's wall.

2. Only two lifts for 29 floors. The waiting time could be very frustrating.

3. The B2 north view is actually Bukit Segar View. But you can peep the city view through the gap between the other two blocks.

4. The main access road is sadly a less than ideal case. Widen the road doesn't make it classy.
