Yes, based on the current info, seem like One Amerin can generate better yield than this condo..

For own stay wise, this one seem good to those who start their family.. decent size, good environment....

better diversify to other very near mrt?

Since u had grabbed for the phase 1 and 2, i will diversify to Bkt Jalil if rm600psft is acceptable by u. I will go for KM1 (nearer to new LRT station) and Twin Arkz (opposite the great park)

I don't like lrt. I prefer mrt area.

1. none of the unit facing htc
2. our project are about 1000+- feets aways from htc
3. not guarantee, but most of the units are higher than the htc. need to confirm with you again after i check the height.

and we are not really deep inside. i drive from the site to silk highway take less than 3 minutes.

This MRT is different as it will cut thru major business centres and linking north part (BU, Damaisara) to centre (Bukit Bintang, Central Market) to South (Cheras, Kajang). Both BN and PR committed to bring down car price and there will be more jam in whole KL. People probably like to stay near to MRT line to avoid spending hours in jam. So I think YouCity better choice.

mrt look like a better bet like what u and i agree one line to razak exchange, merdeka , bukit bintang, 1 U.

Most of the post in early stages of youcity. People said the mrt line will not be running after 2020++++

I bet on youcity & mrt will be running in year 2017.

i can foresee in the future, people who stay at youcity or maxim, every morning 7am if they want to take MRT to KL city center, first they need to take MRT back to kajang station first, then back to KL again.

otherwise you cant get in to MRT until 9am. smile.gif

not sure but if there is any, i believe the price is about a million or more.
bukit jalil price already 1.3-1.5 mil.
