Ya.. Everyone in YouCity and Maxim work in KL. Those staying in this Damai Perdana new condo don't have to work/ work in Seri Kembangan only. And maybe by that time nobody want to stay in Silk Residence & One Amerin so Silk Highway won't have traffic jam at all. Right? =D

a plus point to this project is , it near chinese primary school and secondary school.

frankly, i would choose to stay in DP instead of Sg. Long and Mahkota Cheras.

Nope. Silk Residence is beside, and the cemetary is so small I can hardly see it. Haha. What I mean is in the center, use graveyards as landscaping. LOL.

of course, damai perdana is nearer...sg long and mahkota need to que all the way at main road jalan cheras..
at least here que from connaught...lot shorter...
but both area also need to que within their inner taman road first..

DP can access through Silk Highway using bukit belimbing road too
