In addition to booking fee 3k, you need to pay up to 2% of purchase price before you can sign SPA and apply for 90% loan.

Price for my block, city view, starts from RM443psf for lowest 8th floor, to RM480psf for the top 29th floor, after discount.
South view is cheaper, but I can't recall the prices, maybe RM10 to RM20psf cheaper.
