can somebody answer me when i can get my credit card replacement. i report my card lost at 8 august 2013 and request for credit card replacemnt on that day. last week, i call hongleong cs, they say i need to wait for 3 to 7 working day to get the card. today, i call again, the cs still tell me that i need to waiting for 3 to 5 days to get the card. why the cs always say the same thing and cannot tell me what date i can get the card? actually, how long it need for a card replacement, is there any any hongleong employee to answer this question?

i bring news, Utilities can be detected by wise card via Payonline and get 10% discount successfully. tested by my brother, mailing statement also shows as utilities category.
My brother get the cash back amount on 28th July.

Btw, my brother and i also pay maxis via uob payonline. and it is recognizable as mobile category.

I pay Maxis postpaid bills and Maxis Home fibre Bill, it is also recognize as mobile category in my paper statement.

so no worries.
