i bring news, Utilities can be detected by wise card via Payonline and get 10% discount successfully. tested by my brother, mailing statement also shows as utilities category.
My brother get the cash back amount on 28th July.

waiting my rebate this August 28th.

but i guess shud be recognize coz the paper statement already acknowledge as utilities after i splitting the bill.

if it doesnt, then this will be a big problem.

any way, im already splitting the bill on August dy, need to wait nx month only can know working or not.

will post it after i see the result on 28th sept.

Btw, my brother and i also pay maxis via uob payonline. and it is recognizable as mobile category.

I pay Maxis postpaid bills and Maxis Home fibre Bill, it is also recognize as mobile category in my paper statement.

so no worries.

pardon me....... im using payonline to pay tnb bills and get 10% CB for consecutive 4 months already..........5th month coming.......

errr........... the monthly statement recognize my bill as utilities.........

i pay maxis fibre home internet and maxis postpaid together in pay online (somemore splitting the bill once per day)

without any problem............ HLB also recognize as mobile category...........

Hi All,

Just 1 2 share that the HLB connect got some problem on their server and I kena same date for transaction and posting,


their major OTP server are having error as well, for the last 2 weeks, Im having a problem of receiving their OTP code for my online bill payment in Payonline.


just to share is it just me or everyone of you also having this OTP and posting date issue.

before this, all the transaction has been accurate so far posted 2 days after the transaction date

Called to their call centre as well, ask them few question as below,

1. im having problem on receiving my OTP.
A: Our system are having problem and is in process on rectifying this issue.

2. My transaction's posting date is not accurate, sometimes posted after 3 days of transaction....
are this problem cause by the same system issue?
(this question asked before the same date transaction and posting happens. )
A: Yes, it will be rectified after the issue solved.
