Seriously the rebate should show only in the hardcopy bill?
I check hlb online seems like didnt see anthg in my FEB bill for JAN rebate (cut off at FEB 22th).

Below is my transaction for JAN posting date 1st to 31st, i think i should entitled to rebate.
And i choose petrol and grocery

sovietmah You better call up the HLB to complain kaw-kaw. Demand for the missing category and missing 10% rebate.

they said system down now cannot check, later they will call me back.
For hardcopy bill, should have the category stated (in DEC, JAN bill too)
But i not very sure if the rebate 10% should just reflects in hardcopy or together in online history too.

Rebate is reflected in the Online Transaction History also... Posted on 28th of each month.
The chosen category will be shown on paper statement only.

Jan CB will be paid on 28th FEB. Today is only 24th FEB. Wait till 28th FEB and check again.

But I noticed that you don't have DEC CB paid on 28th Jan, you don't have translations in DEC 2013 ??

No, you will see the CB credited to 28th FEB.

Anyway, your Jan spend more than RM2k+ and that effectively lower your CB yield to less than 5%.

OK, My card will be expired in April 2014, i called up the CS, he told me the annual fee will be charged after 28 Feb...So is it 2 months earlier?

I am not gonna take the risk and i will called up before 28 Feb to cancel my card. Maybe you can verify the CS statement with your own card and update us.

Do you hold HLB WISE Card ? Why would your HLB WISE Card expires in April 2014 ???
This HLB WISE Card was introduce about 1+ years ago.

Guess there is some confuses over here...My physical card expiry is Apr 2017. However its near to a year that the bank is going to charge me annual fee....That's why i called up to clarify on the annual fees. Hope this will clear you up.

Im quite sure this is not the case. My card expiry month falls on January, and only the GST was charged. Annual fee was charged the following month.

To avoid GST, then yes. To avoid annual fee, well, I personally hold a few CC before and none charge annual fee before expiry month.

OK guys... just checked my recent transaction and noticed this.

No, I did not threaten to cancel or anything. All I did is ask politely, whether or not it was possible to waive my annual fee.
