I'm new to this card, and I called the CS just now questioning him why on this month's statement, it is not reflected my January's CB.

He couldn't answer me, and told me the manager will call me back =.=

you don't need the PIN for registration of online banking, its for cash advance.

Hi Guys, just to update i have called up the CS for my annual fee waiver request and his response is NOT POSSIBLE....so i just have to cancel my CC....Bye Bye WISE card!!!

FYI, Hong Leaong will charge the annual fees 2 months before expiry date. You guys need to alert on this!!

Never ask about the GST. But i see no reason they will charge to me since my card is still have two months validity before expiry.

BTW. the guy said it should have no problem for me to get the rebate if i still fulfill the min 10 swipes per month condition. Let's wait and see...will let U all know if i got any updated findings later!

guys, when you receive the statement...other than having 'MOBILE' listed in your category column...how about your chosen category such as "DINING" or "PETROL"...did it appear in your statement column?

if its not listed, then it means no rebate for you. LOL

better ask what categories is selected in system under your account before shoot them.

This is the same thign that happen to my friend when he got his first statement.
The Category chosen weren't on the system... lucky for him, HLB had credit back the 10% rebate manually.

Before swiping, best to call HLB a few times (different days/time) to "reverify" the correct chosen categories.
