it will take sometime before you see the land clearing. i believe MS need to get all documentations done before clearing the land. for MR-1, MS start work approximately 4 months after launching. but progress is fast.

Furthermore, price exceeded RM 500k now not easy to swallow due to early prices was RM 438k and RM 458k before discount.

Moreover, the number of unit is 476 units for Phase 1, quite a lot for landed.

There's 1 Tesco near Lan Je Steam Tilapia. You will see it if you are coming from Templer dat side...

how long did you guys take to get the stamped s&p?

i signed mid-august but checked with gya, it's still with ms. gya will only stamp when received the s&p from ms.

I sign near-end-august....Gotten it middle September from GYA.....Depends on when they clear the cheque ba....

P/S: gotten official receipt for d/payment from MS yesterday.

For those waiting for anggun 3, d link houses will b open for preview to previous anggun purchasers this Sunday, dsl from 668k, 3 storey terrace from 818k b4 discount.

With this kind of pricing, MR2 - RM438K, and
Emerald Garden 's 3 storey link from RM738K, 24x80 compared to to Anggun 3's 818K, seems the earlier looks cheap.
