Hi guys, I just went to their sales gallery and get to known that the maintenance fees per month is rm280 for the 1st four years. Dont u guys think is abit high ?

Yes it is very high.

Initially RM180, then RM280 when going to be RM380?

I`m thinking should I proceed with this unit or not mad.gif

Now it's RM 280 or 180?

When I booked, it was RM 180 pm but now seems new buyers obtained it was RM 280?

I also had been long considering whether I should pull out or not.

3k booking fees.
1k gone to administrative fees...
u get 2k in refund...

seriously...what will we get from Rm280/mth maintenance?
does M1 need this high of fees?

This could be good idea
Group it when the nex phase sell off
More people more convincing

1yr after vp, developer ll let residential to form jmb to manage it under strata title act. There few hundreds units there with min facilities. Those who experienced in jmb or mc should know whether it is workable or not. Nothing come free. Sometimes after handover, it could be cheaper.
