Where did you buy? Which area doesn't have a fundamental issue? Bank wish to recover their money as the economy is bad so they set price below market value..whats the issue? It is subject to auction.

I bought a Semi-D unit there...before even move in blessed with luck. WhatS wrong asking? Burning inside?

My guess is correct then. U r hurt because M Residence hasn't lived up to the promise. U r too sensitive, lol.
OK-lah M Residence is the best place in Klang Valley, it is better than Tmn Tun Dr Ismail where demand is ever so good and the price is stable. Auction is so so rare. But M Residence auction property is unheard of 😂😂

just tough luck at a wrong time... the auction here still okay compare to cyberjaya... comparing township at outskirts... the landed in cyberjaya have alot more in auction with crazier pricing than here....

Landed in cyberjaya is 1M and above. Not many can afford that.
Landed in rawang/puncak alam/semenyih still at mass market pricing. 400k-500k. Below 400k if you aim auction units.

Same all newly VP property. 2018 is an interesting year. More to come.

yea... but given the few landed units under auction... the reserve pricing is way more attractive though... haha... still gt more to go... and the more investor bought landed project... the more auction units come out... this somehow very correlated... the lowyat project at BTP seems alot more on auction....
