Procedure, go to Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS), get those approved appointed architect by MPS to help (appointed by MPS is easier to approved).

Basic charges around 2k-2.2k (incl deposit for MPS) just for awning + grill enclose whole area.

If u want to extend with roof, cement, windows and so on, need submit RC (add another 400 i guess).

Main thing, go to MPS and enquire is the best, they even tell u which architect went to M Residence 2 before.

Err.. Isnt the renovation guidelines governed by the management office for mr2?

Mght guideline is to ensure uniformity.

Hi.. im one of the birch owner and latecomer as well. It is stated clearly you couldnt do any renovation before MOT is completed except for indoor renovation.

This is the problem of Telco site Not management.
Provided Telco and Management have some sense of agreement on this in early development
But I dont think so.

Telco connection is not a compulsory in our Schedule G/H. And thus explain why is not provided.
