Actually..i can say the whole jalan from all the way rawang toll to M residence junction will have some flash flood potential especially super heavy rain.. I always pray when im heading home .. Some time the flood is half of my tire.. Taman sari junction always flooded (half tire) especially heading to rawang toll..
I was thinking to renew and upgrade my car insurance to cover flood..at least for next year bcz too many construction recently in rawang..if my car swim..jialat..
Btw..they are upgrading the river (beside the main road after toll) ..hopefully this will help la...

I think most severe part will be at tmn sari junction follow by jusco junction..after that i dont know liao cz usually heavy rain i will masuk jusco junction And take jalan belakang (emerald) to masuk country homes...
If heavy rain the river water as high as the road..i scare scare..

Pretty ok. I travel from selayang to KLCC during peak requires about 1.5 hour.

Haha. Actually i live cheras but near to kl. 10 mins to klcc if no jam. Not really near to south kl.

Therefore i try jalan duta and duke to mr2, can't say near but still acceptable. Both reaxh around 45 mins if no jam.

But heard many times people say. Wah rawang so far.
Recently able to drive it mr2 once. Really no regret.

Procedure, go to Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS), get those approved appointed architect by MPS to help (appointed by MPS is easier to approved).

Basic charges around 2k-2.2k (incl deposit for MPS) just for awning + grill enclose whole area.

If u want to extend with roof, cement, windows and so on, need submit RC (add another 400 i guess).

Main thing, go to MPS and enquire is the best, they even tell u which architect went to M Residence 2 before.
