its not the best for certain stations like hitz or fly. its very audible but you get the occasional little static noises. for max clarity, usb/cd/bluetooth/aux audio is recommended biggrin.gif

City drive surely bad. However it depends on what car are you comparing the Preve Turbo with. If Myvi, Viva, Vios etc. then the Preve Turbo's FC will be bad. If compared to Sylphy, Civic and Altis, the fuel consumption of the Preve Turbo will be slightly better. To roughly determine the FC performance of the car, it's relatively simple. Just look at the kerb weight of the car and compare it to other cars. If it is heavy, the FC will usually be high. If light, FC will be low, as a common guideline.

Most cars will usually register fair to good FC in the highways, 70km/h to 100km/h constant speed. In city drive, especially in traffic jams from standstill 0 to 20km/h range, FC will be very bad. The bigger heavier cars will usually register bad FC in these situations, and the Preve Turbo is no exception.

change HU.
if you plug in anything for charging using the 12V socket, better play CD or mp3.

SC gives warranty. on wiring yaa... not the bulb.
change bulb, somewhere else short circuit(very rare). they will replace under warranty.
you replace at other places, something happen. this is the answer "i dont know worr. you go SC check laa"

if you buy aftermarket performance bulbs, it comes in pair. you change in pair.
after a while, maybe 1-2-3 years later, 1 burn. change a pair again. if change 1 pc, new looks brighter than old.

If you use a smartphone with a somewhat cheap data plan, install TuneIn radio, and stream via Aux cable or bluetooth to Preve HU. Good sound quality, and you get worldwide coverage or radio.

For me, I only listen to LiteFM and the reception seems good enough. The rest, MixFM etc don't sound so good.

if u need a powerful car and better driving experiences during high speed, better go for CFE...

if u compare with myvi 1.3 (my previous record 17-18km/L)
the Preve FC about 10.5km/L which is double of FC from myvi 1.3 but my preve still below 1000 km odo meter, in between tested my car for pickup capabilities and left the engine idle for testing before that and lead some high FC... i guess the FC will better if after the first service...

Is it just mine. . or is the Preve's exhaust note a little slightly bassy than other car's normal stock exhaust?

And it gets very bassy when full throttle? Whole car seems to vibrate...

This is the Executive model

can try to DIY engine mounting to reduce the vibrate by using fuel hose and cable tie...

Not too sure Executive model is low spec or high-spec(Turbo), but if it is the Preve Turbo, I suppose the "bassy" sound does not come from the exhaust but the engine itself. The Turbo engine growls really loud when you full throttle the car. The car vibrates just a little, not too much. It's just the bassy low-frequency growl of the (Turbo) engine when you floor the pedal.

Sometimes, I hear some sound which is akin of loose screws or metal grinding against each other when I floor the pedal. Not always though.

I don't do any hard acceleration these days and mostly practice good driving habits to promote fuel economy after the recent price hike.
