So far, my best town & highway FC would be 8.6L/100km. that is about averaged up to 1 - 2.5 hours of traffic jam daily basis.
But recently the traffic jam has gotten worst and now my FC is about 9.5L/100km.
Mine is CFE Preve with updated ECU/TCU.
But of cos it comes down to how your right foot is..the heavier the foot, the higher FC..

By the way 1k service I used syntium 1000 full synthetic i guess as recommended by the SC.

I don't think they do any reset ECU / TCU, tuning for my car during 1k service. As I went there on Saturday.

Was told Saturday only can do oil change. So I guess no tuning will be perform.

Thanks for the information. Will try the Manual mode once I go to Genting for a one night stay. Last time I was going up Genting. I don't think the manual mode will come in useful when going downhill since it's mostly braking that's needed. When going uphill the manual mode might come in handy. I guess it takes a bit of practice to get to use the Manual gear effectively, since it's mainly based on "feel" to get the car at the rpm that we want.

Ok, thanks for the tip. May I ask which gear was engaged when going downhill? 3? I was in Genting about 3 months ago. At that time when going downhill, I noticed every single car was going so fast downhill and I wonder how they do it. I can't seem to cope up with my Nissan Sylphy which seems to want to turn turtle with every bend.

Last time when the Proton Waja was launched, Tengku Mahaleel described the car as the Asian BMW. Now the throne has been taken by the Preve. The Inspira can't have that title as it is essentially a Mitsubishi Lancer rebadge with some minor tweaks.

This Preve Turbo is surely one powerful car.

This is true story happened to my friend.
He drive preve.

1. Went to the office and realize he forgot to bring the key. He can unlock the car and start the engine because his car is quite near with the living room where he keep the key. Distance between his house and office is around 30km. After he turn off the engine he can't start it back. He asked his dad to send the key. Lucky it is still near. What happened if he already travel more than 100KM?

2. He park his car at hotel's basement. Kinda rushing due to event. He took the key out (lock everything) but he forgot to turn off the engine. He didn't realize cos the engine is very quiet. After 2 hours the guard inform him about it.

I advice him to check with the SC cos I thought keyless key come with proximity censor? Why the engine did not turn off and give warning (as there is no key detected?) Is there anything wrong with his preve?
