it is not the number of app but more on what type of app you installed n what type of app is being multitask simultaneously

Yup, no lag at all actually i didn't use all the apps, the apps i use the most is candy crush saga, wonder zoo, temple run 2, granny smith (really nice running game), ski safari, my little pony, talking angela and many other else..

and messaging apps and some reading news app..

Remove all your essential apps and dump inside flac music instead

I'm happy to report that the One is capable of driving headphones up to 80ohms pretty decently (tested with a Sennheiser HD558 and a Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80ohm), thanks to the intergrated headphone amp.

Yes I've complained I hate Beats earlier on the thread, but yeah it does help here. The S4 has issues driving 50ohms headphones even, so yeap.. there you go.

how? what is flac music? there are too many apps i want to install from google play store but running out of space

Can't wait to get my hands on the phone. But even if I get I cant immediately use. I need to go to Maxis to switch my plan first from Digi and get a micro sim first.. i am still using mini sim now for my n8. Then need to wait for them to do the MNP then oni can use >.<

FLAC is lossless format for audio files. You're familiar with MP3 right? This is way better than MP3. Typical size is around 10MB-15MB per song. Lol you don't manage your storage often? I doubt you'll need that many apps.

Hardware limitation, I think all phones should at least come with a headphone amp these days.
Majority still uses earbuds, but there are plenty who are willing to switch to full-sized audiophile headphones if their equipment can cope along with it.

Software wont help at all? What music software do u use for your music? Stock software? Am currently using power amp. Used to use Neutron. Have u tried either.?

Also have u tested the note 2 regarding this hardware limitation? I use an expensive phonaks 232 and i would be intrigued if i can get better audio quality on this device

i think this is expected though, dont see it launch in taiwan and sg also. guess mid till end of may should be expected.

Simply said, FLAC is lossless format, it is exact quality of audio CD you can buy at market.
