SEEMS ok for me now.

but then again, what is OK?

coz they molested us for the last 2 days, anything faster now is consider OK.

i just hope its restored to normal but who knows for sure?

this incident however, will not be forgotten. Unless, they do some frigging PR stunt to get back my loyalty

That's basically what you get for paying much cheaper services with higher throughput minus the reliability.

Can't expect much, else just switch back to TM for stability and reliability or move to Maxis own built area with superb quality of services.

Reporting in from Damansara Damai, on my end, it seems to be OK, for the time being, I can't be 100% sure, as the symptoms may come and go. I didn't power cycle my equipment, but trying won't hurt. Hope it gets better for you soon.

what do you expect? the whole maxis ftth support is being outsourced to contractor

they cannot give you answer because they don't know what is happening

and do not expect the contractor to solve the issue fast... maxis pays peanut, so they got some monkeys out there, jumping around the servers, not sure what to do with the problem, clueless!

their onsite technicians worst, pretend to be expect, but in reality, a bunch of sohais(imagine sales people is being employed/converted as technician, coming to your house to solve your problem)

maxis not even committed to serve its ftth customers, hence the contractor!

Yes. And all those are Maxis problems. Not our (the paying customers) problem.
