Does anyone face these throttling issues on business fiber dynamic ip? considering getting it for my house.

i know for a fact that theres no throttling on business fiber fixed ip in my office.

i'm using maxis wireless broadband in my own purchased mifi router also still the stupid MLP page comes out. no connection software.

really awful. i am going to have to plug my celcom broadband sim into an LTE router and hook it up to my office router and divert traffic there.
