Just called Maxis. According to them whole Petaling Jaya affected and this is a "critical level situation" that their engineers are lookin into now, lol.

They better hurry their arse up my patience is running thin!!

This is ridiculous . I have never experienced such downtime when I was with Unifi.

How long does it take to get a Unifi person to my house tomorrow and just get it installed and used?

are u guys getting that shitty lag again which happened to us a week ago?

i have this problem

like, my line will be good.

then suddenly for 10 seconds, my web will go "offline" . if i'm playing a game, or in a VOIP, or voice server, etc it will boot me out, then suddenly, all normal again.

what and how do i fix this problem?
