not sure about the capping thing, but everyday at anytime between 8pm-2am my 2 daughters watch youtube on separate devices, me playing Guild Wars 2, and my wife surf the internet... all with no problem at all.

i'm on Maxis Home 10Mbps, one of those early birds that get the rm118/month contract.

by the way, i'm in shah alam.... yeah i heard maxis home service in pj/damansara area is pretty bad.... may be it is the connection issue with TM...

my speedtest.net ping to maxis server is 24ms

yup, wifi... maxis ping is always inferior to Jaring and TM.. when i was using Jaring 1 Mbps my ping was at around 10ms

nevertheless, i can still play my Guild Wars 2 without much lag or hassle..... ping to GW2 server is around 300ms - 400ms....

no throttle whatsoever. been using for 2 and a half year now, since launch. all good.

i read somewhere few days ago that there was undersea cable cut off. affecting SEA users. may be something to do with that.
