Initially I had high hopes for this Dev. However maintainance is really terrible and the tenant profile in the shops below is quite dodgy. Very unfortunate as this development started out very promising.

With the tenant at those shop below like those drinking place. It really can bring a lot of ppl know this place but ppl just know this scott garden is drinking place instead of staying place.

But rental rate is good for soho, there are demand no worry as the location is still strategic.

Haha i believe that you are standing at block B car park. The waterfall is huge, with only few floor traps to drain the water out. They should have realized the faulty, but i guess they just close one eye and let the owner fix it them self in the future.

like hotel basic right...

I saw there are a lot of unit doing this type of business whereby i saw a lot foreigner like to stay here...

a group of investor are doing this type of service which rent out for daily basis.

As i know, the business is quite good and the group of ppl at least got 10 unit is ready to rent out daily

If you only got a unit, it really hard to fight with them.

Not only china doll here.... scott soho become united nation with differ country ppl here such as thailand, mynmar, loas.

so far, scott soho is asian nation.....

Just beside my working place, there are few unit which they rent and put in at least 6-8 double-decker bed and stay in with min 10 pax and some of the unit without double-decker but all with bedsheet mopping on the whole floor.... see it oledi feel sick.... very pack, dirty and sometime really smelly cos a lot of shoes just simply throw outside.... rclxub.gif
