Why? I think Scott Soho is a good buy 2 or 3 yrs back. Price was reasonable ranging fr 450 to 570 psf.....certainly you cannot get to buy new launches at such price along OKR now!

Traffic congestion proves the place is "ong", otherwise you may be worried too. Scott soho price will remain high, foreseeing the high launch price of Verve Kl South!

JB waterfront city comes to mind, massive traffic passing by from the causeway, somehow nobody visits, it's now abandoned.

Thanks to it's "strategic" location in JB city center, every visitor to Johor can see that eyesore

Anyway Scott Soho is a good value buy 2 or 3 years ago for those who had bought it.

Yup....seputeh 9 gonna launch from 750psf to 800psf, foresee Scott will hit at least 750psf in another 1 or 2 yrs time.

But rental rate is good for soho, there are demand no worry as the location is still strategic.
