Hi, I heard that price in Scott Garden drop since April. You may got a partly furnished unit for only RM 420k. Worth it to buy?

Anyone know what is the reason? Economy or poor management?

Probably has something to do with the upcoming glut along Old Klang Road ? easily 6-7 projects completing by 2017-2018

This is true, my cousin bought a unit at cyberjaya in end 2013, now looking at paper loss due to so many new launches there.. bangwall.gif

won't become so bad one lah. OKR transforming at a pretty fast pace plus its proximity to KL city centre won't become slum one. become triad watering hole is possible though tongue.gif
